CHENNAI, SEPT. 9. The Indian Overseas Bank Officers' Association will provide Rs.17 lakhs to the M.S. Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation of Madurai for establishing a school-cum-day care centre for mentally challenged and affected children.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between the association and the trust on September 3.

The school building is expected to be completed by June 2005. The association has been apportioning 10 per cent of the monthly subscriptions received from its members to meet social obligations, says a press release.
