Sir, — The regret expressed by the Leader of the Opposition, L.K. Advani, for the BJP's stalling of Parliament's monsoon session and his assurance that the winter session will not be stalled are welcome. It is hoped that all the political parties will cooperate in ensuring the smooth conduct of Parliament.
