BJP's plea on Telangana Liberation Day

HYDERABAD, SEPT. 10. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday urged the Government to officially observe September 17 as Telangana Liberation Day.

Addressing a gathering after submitting a memorandum to the Hyderabad District Revenue Officer on Friday, BJP leaders announced that they would hoist the national flag at parade grounds in Secunderabad on September 17, a press release release said.
