Poonawalla Million on Sept. 19

PUNE, SEPT. 11. The S.A. Poonawalla Million, to be held here on September 19 (Sunday), is one of the season's biggest crowd-pullers. The Poonawalla Group of companies organises this racing mela every year with fabulous prizes on offer.

The first prize is a car and for a few other consolation prizes, a `free contest of skill' will be held. In this, the punters have to nominate the horses that would finish first, second, third and fourth in the Million event. The contest form will be available at the turnstiles at the Pune Race Course on race day.
