Aizawl's Oxford HS enters semifinals

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 11. Defending champion Oxford Higher Secondary School, Aizawl, defeated Bethlehem High School, Aizawl 4-1 to move into the semifinals of the under-17 section in the Subroto Cup football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Saturday.

Lalchinamna (2), Malswmtluanga and Flalmunpuia scored the goals for the Oxford School. F. Zyfakawma scored the only goal for the loser.

In a league match in Group `VI' Government Yogendra High School, Madhepura, Bihar was held to a 1-1 draw by Vivekananda Vidyapith, Bustar, Chhattisgarh. Rajesh Kumar put the Bihar team ahead in the 15th minute and Jagdev equalised for the Chhattisgarh team in the 59th minute.
