Father arrested on rape charge

HYDERABAD, SEPT.11. A 35-year-old man reportedly raped his daughter under the Saidabad police limits on Saturday. The police said that the accused, Narasimhulu, allegedly raped his 12-year-old daughter when her mother was away. They are the residents of Singareni Colony.

The girl narrated the story to her mother after which she lodged a complaint.

Narasimhulu, a labourer, was taken into custody around 9 p.m. The Saidabad police are investigating.
