Around the City

Cloudy sky forecast

The sky will be generally cloudy on Sunday. According to the forecast there may be one or two spells of rain.

On Saturday, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 26.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 18.6 degrees Celsius. The rainfall was 5.5 mm., and the relative humidity was 79 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 26.8 degrees Celsius and the minimum was 18.3 degrees Celsius. The rainfall was 0.8 mm., and the relative humidity 72 per cent.

Upakarma

The Samaveda Upakarma will be held at Someshwara Temple opposite Ulsoor police station, Ulsoor, at 7 a.m. on September 16.

Meditation

The Institute of Sri Ramchandra Consciousness (ISRC) has organised a free two-day training programme on Pranahuti-aided meditation on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month.
