BANGALORE, SEPT. 11. Y.N. Naganna (67), retired Additional Law Secretary to the Government and former legal adviser to the Bangalore Development Authority, died here on Friday. He is survived by his wife and a son. The Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, said in a condolence message that Mr. Naganna was not merely an authority on law, but also a source of inspiration to many.
