BANGALORE, SEPT. 11. The Chief Minister, N. Dharam Singh, who was late for the conference of Bangalore District Aided Schools Teachers Association here on Saturday, explained it to the gates of his residence being "always open to all visitors." "I do not want to take credit for it but after the coalition Government came to power there has been good rainfall and all rivers and reservoirs are full," he said. He admitted that heading a coalition Government was difficult and felt that the Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, too faced similar problems. "Some people keep saying this Government will fall any day; I don't think so because I feel nobody wants to face a midterm election soon."
