SRIKAKULAM, SEPT.11. The Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Dharmana Prasada Rao, on Saturday suggested that a separate cell should be set up in the collectorate to look into the representations that would be submitted to the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, during his Rajiv Pallebata programme. Officials concerned in different departments should also make similar arrangements to attend to the grievances that would be brought to the notice of the Chief Minister. All representations should be computerised. The Department of Planning would monitor the process. The district Collector would have to send an Action taken Reports to the CMO as also to the Planning Department every month. A separate website was arranged to monitor every aspect of Rajiv Pallebata and the Principal Secretary of Planning Department would look into the financial requirements.
