India beats Kenya

SOUTHAMPTON, SEPT. 11. India defeated Kenya by 98 runs in a Pool `C' match of the ICC Champions Trophy at the Rose Bowl on Saturday. Kenya, in pursuit of India's 290 for four, was restricted to 192 for seven in the allotted 50 overs. Earlier, India's skipper Sourav Ganguly, also adjudged the Man of the Match, top-scored with 90, while V.V.S. Laxman contributed 79.
