A gimmick

Sir, — The `tiranga yatra' of the BJP is nothing but a gimmick. It is aimed at wooing the electorate with an eye on the Maharashtra elections.

Sir, — The BJP should not resort to such gimmicks when the country is reeling under the adverse effects of floods and droughts. The party would do better to use its time and funds for providing relief to the people affected by these calamities.
