Karat for Colombo

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 12. Prakash Karat, Polit Bureau member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) today left for Colombo.Mr. Karat has been invited by the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies to deliver a lecture on "Federalism and the political system in India" on Monday. He will take part in a round table discussion on the "Devolution of power in the context of Marxism" on Tuesday.
