By Our Staff Reporter
TIRUPATI, SEPT. 12. The CPI-M submitted a memorandum to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams on Sunday, demanding action against the contractor who constructed the new maternity hospital building, which has reportedly developed a leakage after the recent showers. The building was inaugurated last month by the Chief Minister, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. Referring to media reports which carried a photograph of water seeping from a concrete beam, a delegation submitted a memorandum to the TTD's joint executive officer, N. Muktheswara Rao. The officer reportedly assured the team of initiating a full-fledged inquiry into the incident.
