Erode

ERODE, SEPT. 13. The video conferencing facility in Erode district court was inaugurated today by the Erode District and Sessions Judge, R. Mohandoss. He said that such facilities were started in Erode, Dharapuram, Bhavani and Gobichettipalayam judicial courts. To mark the inauguration, the judge extended the remand period of two persons in a criminal case of Erode Karungalpalayam police station. They are now in Coimbatore Central Prison and the district judge through the system extended the remand. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, J. Jayaraman and other magistrates of Erode participated.
