Service delivery policy next year

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, SEPT. 13. The Government would implement a people-centred service delivery policy next year, initially in 22 institutions such as the Secretariat, Collectorates, Government hospitals and health centres, schools, local self-governments, rationing offices, police stations and welfare institutions.
