Anti-terrorism law

Sir, — The BJP-ruled States have been asked to prepare a law on terrorism in the event of the Centre repealing POTA (Sept.13). There can be no question that terrorism should be put down with a firm hand. But there should be a common purpose and laws should not be differentiated as the BJP's or the UPA's.

K.P. Ashok Kumar,
