Expo on products, services
COIMBATORE: The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, will organise `The Chamber Show 2004', an exhibition of products and services in the city, from October 1 to 3 in connection with its Platinum Jubilee celebrations. According to A. Sakthivel, President of the chamber, the expo would have 126 stalls and an automobile pavilion. Visitors from Coimbatore, neighbouring towns and Kerala would attend the show, he said. The proceeds from the expo, supported by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), would be utilised for supporting environment and tourism, he added. Exhibitors would be from various segments including home appliances, textiles, building materials, jewellery, electronics, kitchen equipment, security systems, home loans and insurance. — Our Staff Reporter
