Aviva's bancassurance pact

NEW DELHI: Aviva Life Insurance on Monday announced its tie-up with Punjab and Sind Bank as its fifth bancassurance partner in India. The partnership will give Punjab and Sind Bank's customers access to Aviva's portfolio of life insurance products through the bank's branches. Aviva has developed EasyLife Plus, LifeBond 5 and PensionPlus products particularly suited to bancassurance distribution. The bank's customers will also have access to these products now, Aviva Managing Director Stuart Purdy said in a statement here. — UNI
