Jubilee sells KEC International shares

MUMBAI: Jubilee Investments & Industries has sold 14 lakh shares of KEC International, an RPG group company. The shares were sold in the secondary market on September 10, KEC International informed the National Stock Exchange on Monday. Following this transaction, Jubilee Investment would hold 24.64 lakh shares, 2.67 per cent stake, in the RPG group company, it said. — PTI
