Takes charge

NEW DELHI, SEPT. 13. The Delhi Transport Commissioner, Rajiv Talwar, who was holding additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director of Delhi Transport Corporation, has now been formally handed over the portfolio of Chairman of DTC while another Indian Administrative Officer, S.N. Sahay, today took charge as the Managing Director of DTC. Mr. Sahay, was earlier in the Prime Minister's Office during the tenure of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
