HYDERABAD, SEPT. 13. T. Ch. Surya Rao, a judge of the High Court on Monday gave liberty to actor, Mahesh Babu, and director, Gunasekhar, to move an application for bail at Warangal. It may be recalled that the duo was accused of assaulting some video shop owners at Warangal town on the ground that they were circulating pirated versions of latest Telugu film Arjun starring Mahesh Babu. When the petition for anticipatory bail was filed the judge issued orders on Friday restraining the police from arresting the two till Monday. When case came up for hearing today, the judge said the Mahesh Babu and Gunasekhar could seek appropriate relief before the magistrate concerned.
