HYDERABAD, SEPT. 13. Three persons who allegedly lifted three four-wheelers and snatched away two gold chains within a month of their release from jail, were arrested by the Rajendranagar police on Monday. Two stolen cars, a van and two gold chains weighing five tolas were recovered from them, the Sub-Inspector, E. Anjaiah, said. Mir Mohd. Ali (32) of Golconda, Shaik Salam (22) of Hafeezbabanagar and Shaik Fayaz (23) joined hands to commit property offences when they happened to meet in Chanchalguda jail after being arrested in various offences. After coming out from jail on bail, the trio stole a Maruthi van on August 19 and kept it in a garage at Langerhouse. The same night, they lifted a Maruthi car from Sri Sai Hospital premises in Uppal. Travelling in that car, they snatched away gold chain from a woman at Saidabad. Two days later, they had stolen another Maruthi van from Salimnagar and snatched away a gold chain from another woman at Madhapur. They had also lifted a two-wheeler from Hyderguda on August 26. The entire stolen property was recovered from them.
