Sir, — The war of words between the Telengana Rashtra Samithi and the Congress is taking a ridiculous turn. Apparently with a view to overthrowing the Telugu Desam Party and the National Democratic Alliance Governments, the TRS and the Congress came to a hurried understanding on the issue of a separate Telengana. The question of a Second Reorganisation Commission was given a peculiar twist, and now each is giving its own interpretation.
