Cygnus partners SURE group
HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad-based Cygnus Business Consulting and Research (Cygnus) announced the finalisation of a long-term business partnership with SURE group of the U.K. As a part of this relationship, Cygnus will be the knowledge partner of SURE group and will be servicing their knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) needs. SURE group comprises four companies offering services such as commercial credit checking, electronic delivery of a comprehensive assessment of risks faced by commercial and government organisations. One of the companies is a global portal for industry and country surveys. O. R. S. Rao, head of Cygnus, said in a release here on Tuesday that the relationship with the SURE group was significant as it would leverage skills and experience of Cygnus to offer services to the global market. — Our Special Correspondent
