Youth's body found

CUDDALORE, SEPT. 14. The body of M. Rajavelu (20) of Kuthapalayam was found under mysterious circumstances on a cashew farm at Vazhisothanaipalayam here today.

Suspecting foul play, officials of the Dalit Panthers of India, including the State deputy secretary of the lawyers' wing, Kishore alias Thamaraiselvan, the public relations officer, Kalaimohan, and the town secretary Chockalingam, urged the police to book a case of murder.
