A gory `affair'

By Our Staff Reporter

ANANTAPUR, SEPT. 14. Unable to stay away from her extra-marital affair with a People's War sympathiser and attracted by the naxal ideology, a housewife allegedly killed her three-year-old son by giving him poison in food at Cholasamudram village in Kuderu mandal in the district today.

According to a complaint lodged with the police by her husband, K. Chandrasekhar, and the villagers' version, Laxmidevi, a mother of two children, had allegedly developed an affair with a PW sympathiser belonging to the village for long.
