connections

KOCHI, SEPT. 14. The Kerala Water Authority (KWA) has invited application for issuing new water connections at Eloor and Varapuzha panchayats. The applications can be obtained from the Kalamassery office of the department on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Consumer

council plea

The Mattanchery Consumer Protection Council urged consumers, who have complaints against the Kerala Water Authority, Kerala State Electricity Board, Kochi Corporation and other Government and private agencies, to get in touch with Tomy Peter, Mattanchery Consumer Protection Council, 8/1506, Gujarati road, Mangattumukku, Mattanchery (Ph: 2224534).

Meeting

The Kochi Corporation has convened a meeting of people's representatives, political parties, NGOs, and others on September 16 at the EMS Memorial Town Hall to form a reception committee for organising the World Mayor's Conference to be held in Kochi in 2005.
