NEW DELHI, SEPT. 14. In a major reshuffle in the Delhi police, a dozen officers were today either promoted or transferred. B.K. Singh, the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic), has been promoted and posted as Additional DCP-II of South-West Delhi. The DCP (Land and Building), P.S. Bhushan, has been transferred to the DE Cell on the same rank, while R.A. Sanjeev, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in the Special Branch, was promoted and posted as Additional DCP (Maintenance). ACP Rashtrapati Bhavan, R.K. Pandey, has been promoted to the rank of Additional DCP in the same department, whereas Rajbir Singh Chauhan, ACP Special Branch, has been promoted and posted as Additional DCP-II in East Delhi replacing Vivek Kishore, who has been promoted as DCP and transferred to Battalion V of the Delhi Armed Police. Naresh Kumar, DCP V Batallion, has been transferred to VII Battalion. DCP Economic Offences Wing, Dinesh Bhatt, has been transferred to the Headquarters and Prabhakar, who was earlier Additional DCP Security, has been sent on Mr. Bhatt's place. D.S. Norawat of DCP rank has been transferred from Headquarters division to Land and Building, while ACP Security, Prem Nath, has been promoted in the same department as Additional DCP.
