Vaiko arrest

Sir, — I refer to the arrest of the MDMK leader, Vaiko, and his partymen by the Tamil Nadu police for violating prohibitory orders in Chennai. The arrest of a leader such as Mr. Vaiko is unfortunate and uncalled for. It is a move that will only boost his image.
