PONDICHERRY, SEPT. 15. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, today garlanded the statue of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, C.N. Annadurai at Odiansalai junction here on the DMK leader's birth anniversary today. The convener of the Pondicherry DMK and Leader of the Opposition in the Pondicherry Assembly R.V. Janakiraman led a team of volunteers and legislators of the party to pay floral tributes at the statue at the end of a rally. AIADMK activists led by the secretary of the party's unit, A. Anbalagan, garlanded the statue after taking out a procession from the party headquarters at Uppalam a few metres away.
