SHIMLA, SEPT 15. A woman from Delhi was found murdered in her hotel room here this morning. She has been identified as Harjit Kaur, aged about 38. She had checked in with a man who had given his name as Rajinder Singh at Hotel Gulmurg near Winter Field here on Monday, according to hotel staff. Her accomplice while going on a morning walk today had informed the hotel staff that his wife, who was sleeping, should not be disturbed. But when he did not return, waiters went in and found the woman dead. It appears to be a case of poisoning, according to the police. Some liquor bottles, drugs and other eatables were found in the room. The police said that Harjit Kaur was married to Trilochan Chadda of 64-A Tagore Garden, near Central School, Slum Quarters, New Delhi, and had come from Amritsar with the man on Monday.
