NEW DELHI, SEPT. 15. A call received at the Police Commissioner, K.K. Paul's residence, claiming that bombs would explode in three top hotels, sent the entire top brass into a tizzy today. The police were carrying out raids till late tonight to trace the mischievous caller.

It is learnt that around 8-30 a.m., a person, who identified himself as Ashfaq, called up Dr. Paul's residence and claimed that bombs would explode in three top hotels of the Capital. All the districts' police were immediately put on alert to keep a check on suspicious movement around the premier hostels. As the telephone on which the call was received was attached to a caller identification displayer, the police traced the call to a public booth at Sarojini Nagar in South-West Delhi.
