Transworks firms up alliance
BANGALORE: Taking the Business Process Outsourcing to a new dimension, the Aditya Birla group owned Transworks has firmed up a strategic alliance with Innovative Marketing Consultants International (IMC International) to offer data analytics, business intelligence and customer retention and value creation services to its clientele. Company Chief Executive Officer, Prakash Gurbaxani, told newsmen here that the alliance, on a revenue sharing basis, would mutually benefit both companies as they would leverage on respective core competences to deliver to their clients. — UNI
