DAVANAGERE, SEPT.16. The Department of Food and Civil Supplies conducted a raid here on Thursday on a rice mill and seized 1,600 bags of rice worth Rs. 6 lakhs released under the public distribution scheme. The officials of the department along with the police arrested one person and are on the look out for two others allegedly involved.
