Big win for Malappuram

THALASSERY, SEPT. 16. Malappuram thrashed Wayanad by 121 runs in the North Zone (under-19) inter-district cricket championship at the Municipal Stadium here on Thursday.

The scores:

Malappuram 210 in 44.1 overs (Hareesh 72, Jishnu 34, Ramesh four for 37, Lineesh four for 65) bt Wayanad 89 in 32.4 overs (Khaleel four for eight).
