Temperature
MADURAI, SEPT. 16. The city today registered a maximum temperature of 34.0 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 21.6 degrees Celsius. The Madurai airport received 22.1 mm of rainfall till 8.30 a.m. today.
Water level
Madurai recorded the highest rainfall of 36.1 mm in the region, followed by Kallandiri 41 mm, Kuppannampatti 25 mm, Manjalar Dam 19 mm, Idayapatti 17.2 mm, Mettupatti 11.2, Sothupparai Dam 10 mm, Viraganur 6.5, Peranai 5.7 mm, Marudhanadhi 5 mm, Chittampatti 4.2 mm, Periyar Dam 4 and Sathayar Dam 3.2 mm.
