PSG in final
COIMBATORE,
SEPT. 17.
PSG Polytechnic College scored a 24-run win over VLB Janakiammal Polytechnic in the semifinal of the inter-Polytechnic Athletic Association cricket tournament at the PSG Tech grounds here on Friday.
The scores: PSG 150 for nine in 25 overs (Edwin Prince 63 not out, Samynathan three for 35) bt VLB 126 in 21 overs (Ranagaraj 26, Karthik two for 11). NPA Centenary, Kothagiri, 125 in 24 overs (Suresh 26, Satish three for 20) lost to Suguna 127 for four in 24 overs.
