Washington: The Florida Supreme Court has put Ralph Nader back on the State ballot. The 6 to 1 ruling of the court came a day before a deadline to mail some 25,000 ballots to overseas voters many of whom are military personnel. Not many see the ruling to be further challenged. As a Green Party candidate in 2000, Mr. Nader secured 97,000 votes in Florida and many Democrats are convinced that these votes cost Al Gore the presidency. Mr. Bush won by a mere 537 votes in Florida after a legal fight that eventually ended up in the United States Supreme Court. This time, Florida's Reform Party submitted Mr. Nader to the State as its candidate.
