NEW DELHI, SEPT. 19. India's Gaurav Ghei finished 13th in the $390,000 Taiwan Masters golf tournament won by Thailand's Thaworn Wiratchant at Taipei, Taiwan on Sunday. Ghei finished with a four-day aggregate of 290 after a final round card of par 72 in the Asian tour event, according to information received here. After four rounds, Ghei's scorecard read 74-73-71-72. The other Indians in fray Harmeet Kahlon and Firoz Ali failed to leave an impression. Wiratchant hung on to a two-stroke lead to win his first title in three years. Although he was two-over par in the final round, the rest of the field failed to catch up with him on a tough scoring day at the Taiwan Golf and Country Club's Tamsui course. PTI
