Thrissur

THRISSUR, SEPT. 19. A five-member delegation, led by the Thrissur Mayor, K. Radhakrishnan, will visit China, Singapore and Malaysia to study town planning, development and eradication of poverty. The Kerala Urban Development Finance Corporation will bear the expenses of the tour. The delegation includes the Kerala Urban Development Finance Corporation chairman, Kurian Joy, the Aluva Municipal chairman, M. O. John, and the Kasaragod Municipal chairman, T. V. Abdulla. The delegation will leave on September 21 and return on October 4.
