TIRUNELVELI, SEPT.19. Examinations for students of the Directorate of Distance Education of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University will commence on November 23. According to the Controller of Examinations, P. Gomathinayagam, the results of all UG / PG and M.Phil. degree examinations held in May 2004 have been declared. The students, who failed in May 2004 examinations and the students, who have been admitted under the calendar year basis, will be permitted to write the November 2004 examinations. The examination application forms are available with the Office of the Controller of Examinations, University Campus, Abhishekapatti, and the university study centres at Schaffter Hall, St. Marks Road, Palayamkottai, the S.T. Hindu College, Nagercoil and Kamaraj College, Tuticorin. Candidates may also get the examination application forms by sending a self-addressed, stamped cover for Rs. 10 along with a requisition letter to the Controller of Examinations by post. The students should send the duly filled in examination application along with the demand draft, drawn in favour of the Registrar, MSU, payable at Tirunelveli, to the Controller of Examinations on or before October 4 without penalty and October 12 with penalty, Dr. Gomathinayagam said.
