TIRUMALA, SEPT. 19. Mild tension prevailed here when a police personnel, during his regular checking, found a constant beep sound emerging from his Deep Search Metal Detector (DSMD), behind the TTD vahana mandapam, at Tirumala this morning. The personnel, belonging to the bomb disposal squad, called his colleagues, who rushed to the spot and started digging the ground. The `culprit' was a thick iron sheet buried in the debris.
