By Our Staff Reporter
CUDDAPAH, SEPT. 19. The Government has approved the setting up of a special residential school for the disabled at Cuddapah, the District Collector, Jayesh Ranjan, said on Sunday. Speaking after inaugurating district-level sports competitions for the hearing impaired at Cuddapah municipal grounds, Mr. Ranjan said the school could be started on the premises of the Helen Keller's High School for the Deaf. The hearing impaired must forge ahead and realise that they were not inferior to others, he said.
