KOLKATA, SEPT. 19. Yuki Bhambri of Delhi dominated the boys' section winning both the under-14 and under-12 titles of the all-India Nutrine Naturo sub-junior tennis here at the Bengal Tennis Association complex on Saturday. Local talent, Daniella Jones lifted the girls' under-14 crown while Y.P. Aishwarya of Andhra Pradesh won the under-12 title. Bhambri had it easy in the under-12 final beating Sumeet Shinde of Maharashtra 7-1 in a lopsided match. Incessant rains over the week hit the tournament badly as the organiser was forced to curtail many matches, including the boys' under-12 and girls' under-14 finals, to best-of-13 single set affairs to complete the fixtures. Bhambri struggled in the under-14 final losing the second set after winning first against statemate Rubal Shandilya. But the former prevailed in the decider to realise a double crown. In the girls section, Aishwarya made it to both the finals but failed to hold out against Jones in the under-14 final, which the latter won 7-4. The Andhra girl was, however, confident in the under-12 final where she easily defeated Ankita Raina of Gujarat 6-2, 6-3.
