UDUPI, SEPT. 19. Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, has organised many programmes from September 20 to 25 to mark World Heart Day. A press release from P. Sripati Rao, medial superintendent of the hospital, said the hospital would offer free ECG screening for all those who registered as outpatients at its cardiac centre during the week. The hospital would provide angiogram and angioplasty at subsidised rates to patients registered or admitted during the week, the release added. In addition, a discount would be provided to patients in special wards for all cardiac surgeries registered during the week. The hospital would organise exhibition on preventive cardiac care. Those interested could call (0820) 2571967 for details and appointment, the release said.
