LONDON, SEPT. 19. The Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, today asserted that terrorism must firmly remain under control as a precondition for the success of the composite dialogue process with Pakistan and declared that India's commitment to the reforms process remained unchanged. ``If terrorism remains firmly under control, I look forward to a fruitful discussion with Pakistan, covering all issues,'' he told reporters on board the special flight to London. Dr. Singh who is on a visit to the United Kingdom and the United States said he would tell Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf at their meeting in New York on September 24, on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly meet, that ``both of us have been patient because we are dealing with complex issues.''
