Ispat to retire foreign debt
KOLKATA,
SEPT. 20.
Ispat Industries is all set to retire its foreign debt in the form of bonds worth $125 million euro within the current financial year and is on the path of becoming a three million tonne steel company.
"We are very soon going to announce settlement of 125 million euro bonds, which will substantially bring down our liabilities,'' the company Chairman and Managing Director, Promod Mittal, said.
