BANGALORE, SEPT. 20. The Commissioner of Police, S. Mariswamy, on Monday issued orders making 4th Cross, Lalbagh Road, and Shivaji Road one-way. The one-way rule will come into force from September 25. According to a press release, movement of vehicles from Lalbagh Road to 4th Cross (West to East) has been banned. The police have permitted parking on 4th Cross, Lalbagh Road, on alternate days. Movement of vehicles from Broadway Road-Shivaji Road junction to Shivaji Circle on Shivaji Road, in Commercial Street traffic zone, has been banned. The police have also banned parking on Promenade Road from Wheeler Road junction to St. John's Road junction, the release said.
