DEHRA DUN, SEPT. 21. The Uttaranchal Government has decided to introduce the CBSE pattern of education in all its schools from the next academic session. Announcing this here today, the Education Minister, Narender Singh Bhandari, said the step had been taken to place education in the State at par with the national education system. "We have CBSE pattern schools all over the country and children going out of the State will face no problem as a similar curriculum was available in many schools in the area they go to. Similarly, the CBSE pattern of education placed the children better prepared for various competitions'', Mr Bhandari said. The step is expected to remove the difficulties faced by the State in getting things delivered through the politics ridden Uttaranchal High School and Intermediate Education Board.
